She is an experienced leader in the education sector, with over 15 years of experience working in preschool sector.

Vaishnavi BarkundManaging Head
Ms Vaishnavi is passionate about making Blossom more than a learning place for children. She helped create Blossom preschool with a valiant heart and aspiration to innovate and shine. She believes that each child is unique and special. Each child has the potential to make a meaningful contribution to this world. She is committed to bringing innovation and creativity in the Early age education field as these are the foundation years which can shape a child’s personality for life.
Shrushti ChhajedOperational Head
Ms Shrushti has always believed in women empowerment, child safety and quality education. She believes that the investment of time and money in early childhood education reaps maximum rewards when compared to the investment made towards an academic career in the later years
Shrushti believes that “Creativity is the key to success in the future. Primary education is essential, it is where teachers can encourage and cultivate creativity in children at an early age.
Janhavi BarkundHR Manager
Janhavi brings 3 years of experience in managing operations efficiently while ensuring a smooth learning environment for children. She successfully runs a sports club, fostering discipline and teamwork among young learners. Known for her excellent organizational skills, she is passionate about business and actively assists in event management, making her a versatile and dynamic asset to the team. Her warmth and dedication make her a favorite among kids, creating a positive and engaging atmosphere.
